The client operates in the plant and equipment sector, requiring stable dimensional accuracy and hole position reproducibility despite the large outer and inner diameters and the presence of numerous bolt holes. T1120 material was used, and by adopting water jet processing, we achieved stable machining of the outer shape and hole arrangement according to the drawings without compromising the material properties. This facilitates easy alignment during assembly and contributes to workability and sealing performance.

[Water Jet Processing Example] Gasket with Handle

We will introduce a case where having a handle made it easier to insert and position the gasket between the flanges!

We would like to introduce a processing case of "V6502 Black Super" conducted by Daiko Co., Ltd. Based on the customer's drawings, we manufactured a flange gasket for 10K-50A from a 3mm thick non-asbestos joint sheet "Vulcan No. V6502 (Black Super)." It was processed into a shape with handles using a water jet cutting machine. Having handles makes it easier to handle and manage the installation of the gasket. Additionally, since the handles protrude outside the flange, it helps prevent human error by forgetting to insert the gasket. Water Jet Processing Case: Large Diameter Gasket

Introducing a case where 14 bolt holes with a diameter of 12mm were drilled on a P.C.D. of 550mm!

We would like to introduce a case study of water jet processing of "EPDM rubber" that our company conducted. In this case, based on the drawings provided by the customer, we manufactured a large diameter flange gasket with an outer diameter of φ600mm and an inner diameter of φ500mm from a 4mm thick EPDM rubber sheet.
